The 200,000-ton/year monoalkane separation project of Shanxi Lu'an Special Solvent Chemicals Co., Ltd., designed by our company, was successfully put into operation in November 2021, with the quality of solvent oil products meeting the design standards.
Zhida Petrochemical was responsible for the design of the project's three sets of production units, the remaining supporting public utilities and storage and transportation system units in the whole plant. The company's project team organized capable professionals from various disciplines to strictly follow the design schedule, worked overtime to complete the drawing design task on time, and arranged design representatives to be stationed on site in a timely manner during the period to cooperate with the owner and the construction party, ensuring the smooth completion of the project.
The newly-built monoalkane separation project uses stable light hydrocarbons, normal alkanes and isoparaffins as raw materials to produce different types of special solvents. For Lu'an Chemical Group, this project establishes an industrial layout targeting fine chemicals, extends the industrial chain of the coal-to-oil industry, improves the added value of products, and greatly enhances the enterprise's competitiveness to meet the needs of various industries for special solvent chemicals.
The project covers an area of about 140 mu with a total investment of 225 million yuan. It has an annual output of 200,000 tons of series solvent oil, including 50,000 tons of special solvent oil, 100,000 tons of normal alkanes and 50,000 tons of D-series solvent oil. The commissioning of the project will bring the enterprise an annual sales income of 1.2 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 10.12 million yuan, and solve the employment problem for more than 100 people.
