On September 22, 2021, the reformer of the 20,000 Nm³/h hydrogen production unit of Sichuan Shengma Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited, marking the start of the test run for the company's Phase II newly-built 1 million-ton/year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation and production combined unit.

On September 22, 2021, the reformer of the 20,000 Nm³/h hydrogen production unit of Sichuan Shengma Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited, marking the start of the test run for the company's Phase II newly-built 1 million-ton/year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation and production combined unit. On September 24, the hydrogen product of the hydrogen production unit met the quality standards, and the test run of the hydrogen production unit was successful; on September 26, the sour water stripping unit of the sulfur recovery unit was successfully started; on September 28, the gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit produced qualified products. Thus, the full-process test run of Shengma Chemical's 1 million-ton/year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation and production combined unit was successful at the first attempt.
The original unit, built a long time ago, could no longer meet the current production needs with the advancement of technology. To increase production capacity, optimize processes, and enhance safety, our company was responsible for the overall upgrading design of the project, and for conducting a ""physical examination"" and supplementary design for the entire project in accordance with new standards and requirements. During this period, the person in charge of the relevant professional departments of the company went to Sichuan several times to conduct on-site inspections, check data, and conduct technical exchanges and docking. Shengma Chemical highly praised our technical strength, personnel cooperation, and service attitude.
The successive successful start-ups of the units this time have laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two parties.
