The project of the Sustainable Aviation Fuel and High-Quality Lubricating Oil Industry-University-Research Base in Nanchuan District, Chongqing, with the participation of Luoyang Zhida Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., was officially signed at the government of Nanchuan District, Chongqing on March 29, 2024.
Xiang Yeshun, Secretary of the Nanchuan District Party Committee; Ren Zibao, Chairman of Ningxia Ruike Energy Group, and Huang Daode, Chief Engineer of the Group; Chai Zhongliang, Executive Director of Luoyang Zhida Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.; Zhao Jianming, Deputy General Manager of CUPK Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; He Sheng, Chairman of Chongqing Bensheng Industrial Co., Ltd., and Jiang Wei, General Manager of the Company, attended the signing ceremony. Shi Chonggang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, delivered a speech. Luo Yinsuo, Vice President of Ningxia Ruike Energy Group, and Jin Qiang, Deputy District Mayor, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Located in Shuijiang Chemical Industrial Park of Nanchuan Industrial Park in Chongqing, the project will be implemented by a company jointly funded by Ningxia Ruike Energy Group, Luoyang Zhida Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., China University of Petroleum, and Chongqing Bensheng Industrial Co., Ltd. After the project is officially put into production, the annual output value will be no less than 2.5 billion, arranging for the placement of over 300 laborers, with an annual output of 400,000 tons of sustainable aviation fuel and 100,000 tons of high-performance lubricating oil.
In his speech, Shi Chonggang stated that the government of Nanchuan District will, with the greatest sincerity, the most pragmatic work style and the strongest efforts, provide high-quality, efficient, and thoughtful service guarantees and a development environment to jointly promote the project to start construction as soon as possible and achieve production and efficiency at an early date.
